Changed even though they should been done yesterday in the renewal. The companies fault and expecting me to pay the £200 on there fault. No thanks I'll be finding a new company for my car insurance.

@HastingsDirect shocking customer service agreed on details on my car insurance yesterday on renewal but for the details not to be update to which was agreed on the phone. Rang this morning to have them changed to the correct details to be told I'd have to pay £200 for these
