6. Eat a protein-full post-exercise meal
Protein is the food group that is best for muscle repair post-exercise, so making sure you add it to your meal will help you to both improve your strength and give you some good fuel for your recovery.
@ItsKieranDrew Worth checking out for sure. The idea is that you have 2 minutes every day (at a random time) where you and all your followers have to take two photographs (one of them and one of what theyβre doing). The point is to be authentic and avoid always creating a false image.
