@KathrynGraydon @SilverstoneUK Thank you 🙏🏻 @KathrynGraydon this year has been hard for so many businesses including my own but I’ve always put my customer and clients first by honouring their trainings and moving them if needed. No one has ever been out of pocket with no being able to attend.
Shame on you @SilverstoneUK We couldn’t make our Lapland experience last night due to having a poorly child this week who has been in and out of hospital but they wouldn’t let us move our session. It’s just about the money and not #CustomerService#silverstonelapland

@TeamKnowhowUK@NavinVelani I’ve messaged 3 people from your team without any reply. We’ve spent over 3 hours this afternoon on the phone to sort this out. I’m just shocked at the lack of customer service and the time this has taken so far.
@NavinVelani @curryspcworld The funny thing is they asked me to message them with my issue after they saying they could help and 2 and a half hours later no response. Have to say @curryspcworld customer service is great NOT!
