@cojholic@Trasherof08 I chked last night other sheets and transposed it to same key, 2nd chord and 3rd is different but has 2 same notes on these chords. That is why they still able to sing. Ill chk on melody if the hv commonality on musicscore.
@cojholic@Trasherof08 That is regarldless thra is why chord progression is number because key is irrllevant. Its the sequence. The 2nd chord of both song share 2 same 2 note even if its not the same chord
@cojholic@Trasherof08@DewBespangled You dont hv to read the comments to be objective on the artcle, note that in thia case its a video which is sufficient context
@DewBespangled This might be the reason why #pantropiko was easily accepted by public because of the beat and similarity is easy recall. #shapeofyou is a massive hit. Imagine if pantropiko is entirely unique song, the story can be different.
@cojholic@Trasherof08@DewBespangled You only corrected on the chord progression, but having a different chord progression does not mean its not copied. If googling is the research you are saying.
@cojholic@Trasherof08@DewBespangled I guess in this situation the beat is true, chord progression is not. The mood of the beat is different yes. But the down beat and syncopation is same
