Ken Griffin on the rise of DSA, Paris riots and looting in Chicago
I'm not so worried about it. It's a New York, Illinois, Michigan, California bit of a bubble.
If you want to see where socialism leads to, look at France last weekend.
It's the socialist dream. The country spends 60% of GDP at the government level.
BTW Paris looked pretty damn similar to Chicago in 2021-22.
It’s a people… (that) are very willing to riot and protest anything. Is that really the future that the US might be looking at?
It’s the future. I lived in Chicago.
I could look out my window at the Dior store. They were very efficient.
We may be more efficient than the French, even at looting.
🚨 WOW! AG TODD BLANCHE just ERUPTED
BASH: Trump might try to overturn the election and the result could be like Jan. 6th?
BLANCHE: "Oh STOP IT. You gotta stop it with that. You are not being a real person! That is CRAZY. Stop, stop, stop...You set me up with the following question: because DOJ is concerned about fraud happening in Alaska...you're saying, Mr. AG...is he going to do something crazy? That is NOT A REAL QUESTION!"
"We're not laying any groundwork for POTUS to do that, so your premise, your question is NOT TRUE!"
"You have to listen to what I say. What I said is the groundwork that we are laying is for Alaska, for the state of Alaska, if it becomes an issue after the election, we'll have the ability to determine whether there was confusion that violates the law in determining who the senator should be."
I swear, they go to JANUARY 6TH every time 🤣🤣
Don't go toe-to-toe with Todd Blanche on constitutional matters like this, it NEVER ENDS WELL
Under Alaska's ranked choice ballot, the DOJ lawsuit only steps in if Sen. Dan Sullivan loses by fewer votes than the decoy candidate siphons away — ensuring ballots are preserved so Alaska officials can investigate voter confusion
IT'S THAT SIMPLE.

David Friedberg reveals France's public spending is 57% of GDP: greater than that of communist countries
"This chart is a measure of public spending as a percent of GDP; Rand Group Research published it. And you can see the comparison of France's public spending as a percent of GDP, to the peak public spending as a percent of GDP of major communist nations, Soviet Union during, communist Romania, Venezuela under Chavez, and then communist China."
"It certainly been a socialist state, right? That's my point. I think this is such a precious lesson for the West to look at. We all think that there's some political problem with Macron or whoever it was."
"The more the government spends, the worse the conditions get for its people, not the opposite. And then the people riot and revolt and say that the government's not spending enough and the government needs to be doing more."
"Take a guess where the US is today. Federal government spending is $7.4 trillion, state and local government spending is $4.6 trillion. You add those two together, it's $12 trillion out of a $33 trillion GDP. US public spending is roughly 36% of GDP. France today is the same as the US, it's about 120% debt to GDP."
"France today is operating its national government spending deficit is 5.4% of GDP. The US is actually 6.2% of GDP. France is I think probably the first to go because they're only growing their economy at half a percent while the US is growing 2.3%."
"So we're still kind of hanging on because we have some degree of economic growth that's allowing us to kind of hold things together."
"But I would argue that we are facing the same sort of fiscal cliff that leads to this extraordinary social unrest as France, all the economic measures are aligned, we're at the same rate, we're at the same set of problems."
🚨 JUST IN: RFK Jr. tells leftists to SHOVE IT, he’s UNRELENTING in his support for President Trump and they were wrong about 47
“A lot of my liberal friends said to me, 'oh, you better not shake hands with that guy, because he's going to double cross you. He's going to lie to you…he's going to discard you.'"
“EVERY commitment, every promise that Donald Trump has made to me? He has kept in spades!”
🔥🔥🔥
BOBBY IS CRUSHING IT!
He was a huge part of the 2024 victory and it happened because the Dems pushed him away!
Horrible move on their part.
The fake news desperately wanted Trump to fire RFK but it never happened
He is here to stay!
🚨 WOW: New York is ranked 50 out of 50. Dead last. Bruce Blakeman made sure Kathy Hochul heard it.
His message to her was simple: it's not Trump, it's you.
Even Mississippi and West Virginia beat New York in ALEC's rankings.
Hochul has had years to fix it, and she took the state to the bottom.
I’m French. I want to talk to Americans who are about to vote Democrat. Not to insult you. To warn you.
I come from your future.
In France we did everything your progressive politicians promise. Free healthcare, free college, generous welfare, strong unions, heavy regulation, high taxes on the rich, a state that takes care of everything. Public spending close to 57% of GDP, one of the highest on the planet. On paper, it’s the dream.
Here’s what it looks like from the inside. France hasn’t passed a balanced budget since 1974. Our debt is above 3,300 billion euros. Interest on that debt is becoming one of the biggest items in the national budget. Our hospitals are collapsing despite record funding. Our schools rank lower every year. Young people with degrees can’t afford an apartment in the city they were born in. Our best engineers leave for London, Zurich and San Francisco. And the rich you wanted to tax? They left too, and took the jobs with them.
The promise was protection. The result is stagnation.
The worst part is that nobody in France voted for decline. Every single step sounded generous, compassionate, reasonable. One more program. One more regulation. One more tax to fund it. Each step alone makes sense. Fifty years of them, and you wake up in a country that can no longer build a nuclear plant on time or keep its streets safe.
I love America because it’s the one place on earth where people still believe they can build something from nothing. I came to Silicon Valley as a self-taught kid and it changed my life. That spirit is the most precious thing your country has.
Before you vote, ask yourself one question: is the program you’re voting for making America more like America, or more like France?
Trust me. You don’t want to be France.
