I was sent a stonewalled, generic response that does not allow me to investigate this further.

I have no more access to my account or orders, how am I going to fulfill these orders? Are you going to cancel all my current pending orders for all my customers? I can't even submit a response to your ticket... #help

Does this mean that there was no real review, and you are relying on the "specific activity indicator" that you detected. I need answers!
