Guys, you’ve been stanning Yixing for years. Has there ever been a moment when he did something without a deeper story or meaning behind it? One of the reasons you love him is because of his artistic vision, so why can’t you trust him now?

Of course, criticism is valid. Everyone has the right to criticize and express their opinions. But lately, some of that criticism has started crossing the line into hate. You can disagree, you can criticize, but making criminal accusations and posting them online is a completely different thing.

As Yixing himself said, it’s just a piece. I’ve never seen him create something without a purpose or a backstory. So maybe wait until everything is released and until he has the chance to explain it himself.

I’m glad they showed it during the listening party and that he’ll have the opportunity to properly talk about it and share the meaning behind it.

P.S. I’m not someone who works professionally in the creative industry. I only have a little experience in fashion, while my main job is in banking. So if you do work in creative fields and feel that I’m not fully understanding your perspective, I apologize. But creativity has always been about innovation while still respecting strong roots, traditions, and aesthetics.

So please, trust the process, wait, and see the full picture. Also, remember that this is just the prologue, not the main MV.
