Last evening, I took stock of the status of implementation of reforms in MoFA for improving its internal working methods and practices. Proud of my Change Management Team for the pace of implementation of major transformative reform projects in diverse areas including automation and digitalization, human resource, admin. & finance, communication, logistics, career development and mobility, knowledge management, public diplomacy, consular, protocol services, and modernization of training facilities at the Foreign Service Academy. These reforms will further equip MoFA to deliver on a people centric, development focused, and peace oriented diplomacy.
