URGENT: Withdrawal Issue Report – BitMart Users Need Answers

I am reporting an unresolved withdrawal issue with BitMart.
I submitted a withdrawal request 3 days ago, and my assets have still not arrived in my wallet. The withdrawal has not been properly resolved, and I have received no satisfactory explanation regarding the status of my funds.
I have already submitted reports and complaints to IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)regarding this matter.
Attached are screenshots confirming my reports.
I am requesting immediate clarification from BitMart regarding:
1The current status of my withdrawal
2The location and security status of my assets
3The reason for this delay
4A clear timeline for resolution
Users deserve transparency, accountability, and timely access to their own assets.
I hope BitMart and relevant authorities will investigate this matter and provide a prompt resolution.

Broo, saving money in a centralized exchange is becoming crazy. I heard @BitMartExchange is about to shut down, and everyone is being directed to withdraw their funds from the wallet. I have over $12,000 there, and I requested a withdrawal. A few minutes later, I saw “Withdrawal Confirmed,” but when I checked my wallet, it still hadn’t gone into processing.

Only for me to check again and see that my funds was showing frozen, and my withdrawal is still under “Created” and has yet to be processed.

The crazy part is that I can’t even create a support ticket to reach their support team anymore. On their Telegram community, the admins and community managers keep ignoring me. Please help me tag @BitMartExchange so they can see this!

Will my withdrawal be processed, or do you not want to release my money? Because even if you shut down your exchange, everyone should still receive the money they deposited into your exchange.

@CryptoNewsGold There is no TXID assigned, they halted the withdrawal. i don’t know if they are going to scam all users. Sudden announcement to their users and sudden shutdown which means we lost our momey after trusting them many years
