@HDFC_Bank I need customer care to call me to locate my credit card which you could not deliver as I was travelling. Every time I call customer care, the IVR is in Gujarati and gives no language options - a very strange issue which I need fixed. So please have them call me now.
Additionally I am concerned that there is something wrong with your algorithm which is wrongly charging people on IR plans for outgoing smses they did not make - my guess is your code is registering incoming smses as outgoing smses. I hope you will address this urgently.
@ViBusinessIndia I have been wrongly charged for outgoing smses I did not make 2 months in a row when on a basic IR plan. Your team has reversed the first month’s error - I have just written in asking for reversal of the second month’s error.

It seems no media has shown this huge protest. And the rally after this was amazing which @SakshiMalik led back to Jantar Mantar walking with thousands following her . I walked till the Kerala Bhawan roundabout. Salute to her and to ordinary people of India .
@urbancompany_UC a) a) your help centre professionals must know to escalate the issue when asked. They should also do so of their own accord if customer is not satisfied
@abhirajbhal I am facing a problem with Urban Company refusing to address a case of a professional cheating with duplicate material. Have finally written to [email protected] with a cc to Consumer Guidance Society of India, which has been met by automated response
@abhirajbhal would appreciate an email id that I could send the complaint to - yours or someone else in your company who thinks it is important to take responsibility in a case of professional cheating.
