@JioCare @JioCare by when will I get my refund? Your colleague Nayan meanwhile messages me and keeps blaming that I should not have paid money to Samar. Does that mean, that both of them will stop picking my calls, and not respond at all? Please share ETA for my refund

@reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago I took a new Jio Fiber connection on Jul 1st and paid Rs 12121.64 (yearly) for it (thru Mr Nayan 62919 11370). During Installation, there was no network detected, hence I was asked to go for another package Rs 2221.46 per quarter.

@JioCare The refund has been due for more than 3 weeks. I will wait till Friday I.e. Jul 31st. If no refund, I will reach out the telecom ministry as well as consumer court

1)Is this how Jio treats their customers??
2)I want my balance refund of Rs 10K ASAP.
3)Why should your reps (Nayan & Samar) not pick my calls repeatedly???

(Thru Mr Samar Mondol 6291883487). Samar told me that I will be getting refund of entire Rs 12121.64
Till date I have received refund of Rs 2121.64, balance refund of Rs 10000 is not yet received. Pls note that Nayan & Samar not picking my calls, which is disgraceful
