Starlink is licensed in over 165 countries and has spent five years complying with every single law and requirement of the government of India, so why still no license?
Is Ambani the real boss of India?
@27saurabhsinha@khabri_lal 6months notice period for a pilot paid peanuts and make them fly even if they are unwell but ceo has no notice period can go whenever he wishes to with billions of dollars of ESOPs
My wife got UPSC Rank 8th. She was a group A service officer (Indian Economic Service).
Most of her career, she would be in Delhi.
Looking at the pollution situation.
And, our young son, she decided to quit.
Was the decision difficult? Yes (like who leaves a Group A government job?) Do we regret 1 bit? absolutely not.
1) None of the governments give a shit.
2) Citizens are mostly brainwashed.
3) And, the onus is on you to save yourself.
For some it would be quitting your UPSC jobs.
For others it would be quitting your private jobs.
For some it would be quitting your business.
Point is: if you want to protect your health, you gotta do something about it. And, fuck the political debate.
There are 3 types of people in India
1. Bhakts
2. Congressi
If you are 1, you will only think of 2.
If you are 2, you will only think of 1.
1 & 2 are in a love-and-hate relationship. This is called Paradox Syndrome. Read about it.
Short summary is, you would have heard of a statement: " I hate you so much that I love you" .
Yeah, that's paradox syndrome.
1 & 2 can't exist without each other.
But, there exists a segment 3: Apolitical & rationals.
They support issues/not parties/leaders.
We are rare, but we exist.
And, India needs more of us.
Now don't tell me: that BJP/Congressi can be rationals too. No they are all fanboys/girls.
You can call them political nibba-nibbis 😂
This is brutal from Vice Admiral AN Pramod :
“I will say 2 or 3 things & leave the rest to your imagination 🔥🔥
This time if Pak dares to take any action & Pak knows what we are going to do”
Bone chilling dare to Bhikharistan 👏👏👏🫡🔥
We don't have Oil, so we can't become rich.
We don't have an autocratic government, so we can't become rich like China.
etc. etc.
Fact: every country has something valuable.
We have a huge young population: if you keep them ill-educated. And, turn them into reel making freeloaders, of course, we will never become rich.
A Middle Class Person wants to Buy 2 Wheeler for his family. He works hard, saves money & test rides a Honda Activa 110 CC. He feels it is good.
He enquires the cost.
Ex Showroom Price is ₹75000. He realises that this price includes 28% GST (around ₹17000). 28% YES, THAT'S RIGHT.
₹6000 Road Tax.
₹14000 Registration Charges.
Both PAID TO Government.
₹5000 for a Motor Insurance (18% GST ₹900 to Govt). Yes that is 18% GST.
Accessories ₹6000 (GST included)
So, now he totally has to pay ₹1,06,000.
He calculates that he eventually pays 60% to Dealer & 40% to Government. He has already paid 30% tax to the Government in the First Place 😀😀
He feels a bit let down. But then he asks himself:
- Why am I Paying 28% GST on a 2 Wheeler when I have paid 30% Tax already on my income?
- Why am I Paying 18% GST on Motor Insurance when this is supposed to Protect me in case of Accident?
- I am not taking any Loan, but still I Pay almost ₹40000 to Government just to buy a Vehicle for my Family. I pay ₹66000 to the Vehicle Dealer. He also has to make some money out of it.
So I am actually paying Government so much for the Vehicle.
He asks these questions, but realises that he is Middle Class. He pays the Taxes, buys the Vehicle, Takes Photograph & Goes Home to Enjoy with Family. He goes back to Work the next day, so that he can afford many other things. Cycle Continues...
This is the Story of Every Middle Class of India 😀❤️
@FinMinIndia - You need to answer the questions asked by this Middle Class Person. Don't you think?
If you are a Hard Working Honest Middle Class Reader like Me, Share this Story until the Government takes notice & Becomes Accountable.

Thread: The movie #12thFail may be a good but the message by @VVCFilms is misguiding students. UPSC rules specify that aspirants can attempt the exam SIX times or till they turn 32 years. With the ‘RESTART’ clarion call, the movie destroys thousands of careers. Let me explain:
Everyday, round the clock, cattle herd can be seen sitting, walking or running on the road near B-10 market @ Vasant Kunj . God forbid , an accident is waiting to take place since this road is just opposite to Bhatnagar and GD Goenka schools. @MCD_Delhi@PMOIndia@ArvindKejriwal
In 4 minutes, Kurt Vonnegut explained stories better than anyone I’ve ever heard.
“The shape of the curve is what matters. Not their origins.”
He plots stories on 2 axes:
X: Time
Y: Good fortune / ill fortune
He goes on to say,
“Somebody gets into trouble, then gets out of it again. People love that story. They never get tired of it.”
Point 1:
Stories have defined patterns.
In Joseph Campbell’s Hero of a Thousand Faces, he makes the case for the Hero’s Journey.
Since then, it’s become the most famous storytelling structure in the world.
Vonnegut argued stories could be divided into 8 shapes.
Each story, he said, fit one of the 8.
Point 2:
Vonnegut says,
“Be a sadist. No matter how sweet and innocent your leading characters, make awful things happen to them — so the reader may see what they're made of.”
To see who your characters really are, you have to make them suffer.
Only then does your audience have someone worth cheering for.
Point 3:
End on a high note.
Vonnegut says, “It’s not accidental that the line ends up higher than where it began. This is encouraging to readers.”
The way a story makes people feel when they finish is how they remember it.
It’s called recency bias.
Lift people up and they will love you.

“There are people. There are stories. The people think they shape the stories, but the reverse is often closer to the truth.”
I wrote this with @RobbieCrab. Follow him for lessons on storytelling + fundraising.
And I talk about creative storytelling. Follow @nathanbaugh27 for more like that.
Please do something about it. This is clear loot in daylight by the government for charging us toll for nothing. Literally nothing . @nitin_gadkari@NHAI_Official@cmohry
Dharuhera to manesar, Haryana , you have all sorts of diversion , broken roads , cows, dogs ,autos , stranded buses , bikes and what not. You really call that a highway ? Took me 1 hour to cover a 25 km stretch and in the end had to pay toll at manesar toll plaza.
