I live in one of the most expensive cities in India. And here's what I get from @urbancompany_UC's "professional" services. Here's my story from today:
@passportsevamea The PSK website has been down since yesterday. My mother's appointment did not go through. The officials asked her to reschedule and there is not a single tweet from the official handle explaining the situation. So basically I need to luck out. Wow.
