Spent 2 weeks in ICU with my mother. Senior doctors are good, infrastructure is world-class—but that’s where it ends. Broken system. Zero coordination. Endless “sir aap unse baat kijiye.”
No empathy—families forced to run around doing admin work.
ICU hygiene shocking—found wounds & excreta on patient after discharge.
No transparency—refuse to share signed documents.
Even billing queues worth lakhs have no chairs.
Feels like a profit machine, not a hospital.
