@GabbbarSingh I think she has not heard or read D saying.. Customer is king. She should b fired wid immediate effect. She is in a service industry where patience is a virtue, she forget her basic training. I think D passenger was pretty much well behaved until he lost his cool towards the end.

@GabbbarSingh @IndiGo6E is d worst nt dat other airlines r any good.. their staff think no end of themselves n behave as if they are doing favours on us. Also even if v r late by a few mins they deny boarding on flights I say eveytime a flight is delayed we as passengers should be compensated.
