I am writing regarding the above-mentioned claim number. I have been waiting for the approval of my claim since yesterday, but as of today, I have not received any update or resolution.
This situation is quite disappointing.
While your services are very prompt when it comes to collecting premiums, there is a significant delay when it comes to claim settlement, forcing customers to wait for more than 24 hours.
@cromaretail मैं उज्जैन क्रोमा सेंटर पर 10 दिन पहले कंप्लेंट रजिस्टर्ड कराई थी आज 10 दिन हो गए हैं मेरा सॉल्यूशन नहीं हुआ है क्रोमा की वाशिंग मशीन थी आपकी सर्विस बहुत ही बेकार है मशीन अभी वारंटी में है। जब सर्विस नहीं दे पाते हैं तो क्यों वारंटी देते हैं।

@SBICard_Connect - really poor customer support. The mobile app is difficult to navigate, not mean for iPad or tablets. Additionally I don’t know why SBIcard doesn’t accept card payments of > 2lac in a single txn. Frustrating exp. time to close the card. #creditcards#sbicard
