How much is their revenue and profit? How much Egypt is making from these factories? How many jobs? How is the pay level? Bonus? HR model?,… something is not right when we are counting up on newly built institutions and the average citizen continues to suffer. It just doesn’t add up!

Like how much Egypt is making now in a number not a percent and how much it will make in a number not a percent and how much is Egypt spending in the same period in a number not a percent? Speak a language the average citizen can engage with! Simplify please!

Can we stop AI globally? No, if we use technology then we are left with no choice but to integrate AI. What we can do is to limit its use per people’s abilities. There is the potential for AI to lead humanity and over power it, but that is a disaster. Yet AI can be a tool to assist humanity not lead it. It is up to people to comprehend the REAL potential of AI and request limitations to its progress on the expense of humanity’s engagement and wellbeing.

How can a people leader lead a programmer if he doesn’t speak programming one way or another? How can a people leader lead marketing employees if he doesn’t speak marketing to them? But the level of detail and the length of your talk as a leader are key. You use coding talk to direct or influence the programmer not give him a programming class. You use marketing talk to direct and influence the marketer not teach him marketing,…!

For sure!
If a people leader doesn’t speak the language employees understand, he will never be able to successfully get them engaged.
People leaders need to even live the good old technical days sometimes on their own to relate to employees when leading them.
