But too often discrimination acts as a barrier, preventing children from falling in love with the beautiful game.

That’s why we’re partnering with @kickitout to help broaden opportunities and encourage participation 💪

Working together, we’ll help encourage participation by:

⚽ Upskilling coaches on unconscious cultural biases
⚽ Providing bespoke training that no governing body currently offers
⚽ Launching a bursary for aspiring coaches who are unable to finance their qualifications

This will kick off a grassroots month of action. More details to come in February.
