Notice the order.

God revealed His sufficiency before demanding Abram’s perfection.

Our completeness was never meant to come from ourselves.

We are complete in Him.

Some Scriptures are not difficult because God is hiding the truth.

They are difficult because we are reading too quickly.

A single word, a name, a location, an action, even the order of events can carry revelation.

Slow down.

The Bible rewards those who look again.

I do not agree there’s no watertight solution. Consider the following 10 solutions:

1. If you can’t pay lawyers well, allow them to do private practice including consultation, provided they don’t conflict with their jobs. I allow my lawyers to do private practice and I give them PP too, once in a while.

2. When clients give them money in appreciation of their efforts, no matter how big or small, do not take it from them, let them take that money to augment their salaries. I do this too.

3. NBA/BOB need to team up to get register of all law firms. Set minimum wages for lawyers. Black list firms that do not pay well and are unwilling to cooperate with them. Any lawyer who takes up jobs with them is on their own and neither NBA nor BOB will be blamed for it.

4. Implement bonuses or bulk pay, either at the end of the year or mid year based on the profit of the firm for the time stated. This gives young lawyers the opportunity to also have access to bulk funds to do something meaningful as opposed to depending on 150-200k monthly.

5. Young lawyers need to see law practice more as a business than just profession. Place a value on yourself and the quality of services you have to render. There’s no way you will not make side-money from friends, and private clients.

6. Collaborate: as a young lawyer, even if you are paid well, learn to collaborate with friends and colleagues. Let people know what you are doing and what you are good at. You will rely less on salaries and complain less about poor pay and welfare.

7. Appeal to senior lawyers through YLF: one of the reasons I am against NBA executives constituting YLF executive, both at local and national level is that the positions are more reward system for political loyalists than merit. So YLF is limited by this! But if young lawyers are involved in the selection or election of their own leaders, YLF will be more concerned about their welfare and good pay through appeals to senior lawyers who have been fingered as culprits.

8. Demonetize NBA politics: NBA politics has been heavily monetized so bad that every 2years, you see NBA politicians buying the loyalty of young lawyers with parties and goodies like one year subscription for NWLR, payment of practicing fees and conferences and organizing parties. These temporary comforts have blinded young lawyers from asking difficult questions and demanding for protection of their interest from the people who have sponsored these. Zero long term plan.

9. Name and shame: for seniors who are found wanting in this regard, naming and shaming might as well help to change attitude and renew the sincerity of purpose to pay young lawyers. As I noted during my presentation at the YLF National Summit in Abuja in 2024, there’s general lack of sincerity of purpose among senior and successful lawyers to treat young lawyers well. Imagine a senior lawyer with houses and cars but none of his lawyers can boast of anything meaningful after 5years? These lawyers make huge donations in millions but to pay their workers well is a problem. Many of them are popular and hold high positions in the profession. But we are scared to call them out and everybody is just comfortable speaking in parables and suffering in silence. A lawyer who can’t speak and fight against injustice done to him or her, is not worthy of being a lawyer. Let alone represent any client to seek justice. Yoruba will say: he who will dash someone a new cloth, we should look at the one on his body.

10. Sponsor a counter Bill or memoranda to the National Assembly on the Bill pending before it to reform legal profession. Identify organisations and stakeholders to lobby to include the genuine concerns of young lawyers over compulsory tutelage and good pay/welfare. It is not by sitting and ranting on social media. I even read that one lawyer is leading a protest of young lawyer to the National Assembly. Laughable!

The Kingdom of God is not a place you go. It’s a rule you submit to.

Consider this carefully.
It was in the same space that Christ was led by the Spirit that He was tempted by Satan.

Not different locations.
Not different seasons.
Not different atmospheres.

The Spirit led Him.
The devil spoke to Him.
Same wilderness.
Same hunger.
Same forty days.

This tells us something unsettling and necessary.
Spiritual spaces are shared, but spiritual standing is not.

The first temptation was not crude or demonic in appearance.
It was reasonable.
It was compassionate.
It was supernatural.

“If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become bread.”
The enemy was not questioning Christ’s power.
He was offering a supernatural solution to a legitimate need
outside the will, timing, and word of God.

This is the danger zone.
There is a realm where frequencies jam.
Where divine leading and demonic intrusion operate in proximity.
Where revelation and temptation speak similar languages.
Where access is interchangeable, but authority is not.

The tragedy is that many mistake familiarity of access for legitimacy of source.

Yes, spiritual realities are conceptually similar.
Yes, they are ontologically real across realms.

Yes, both light and darkness operate supernaturally.
But similarity of operation does not mean equality of origin.
Interchangeability of access does not imply legitimacy of authority.

What then separates
Light from darkness
Christ from demons
Sons from spirits
Authority from intrusion
It is not practice.
It is not activity.
It is not intensity.
It is not experience.

It is DOCTRINE.

Doctrine is the governing framework that interprets spiritual encounters.
Doctrine decides what is lawful, not merely what is possible.

Doctrine determines who you obey, not just who speaks.
The enemy did not ask Jesus to stop being spiritual.

He asked Him to practice spirituality without submission to the Word.
And Christ did not respond with power.

He responded with truth.
“It is written.”
Not it is working.
Not it feels right.
Not it meets a need.

Doctrine draws the line where power alone cannot.
Doctrine separates sons who wait from spirits who rush.
Doctrine preserves authority in contested spaces.
Doctrine keeps hunger from becoming compromise.
Spiritual maturity is not learning how to operate in spiritual realms.
Even demons do that.
Spiritual maturity is knowing what doctrine governs you when multiple voices can access you.

Because in the wilderness, and in life,
the greatest danger is not darkness.
It is supernatural alternatives that bypass truth.

And only doctrine keeps you anchored when realms overlap.

I’m seeing the video of ten people getting up and walking after Pastor Chris told them to get up, and I’m also reading some strange comments about it.

I encountered him many years ago. I remember being on a healing line, seeking healing for my left hand, which had complications from surgery. At the time, there were still issues from the procedure.

He had not yet started the healing school then. It was a Monday, and the program was called “Faith Clinic.” The church was not nearly as large as it is now.

He walked up to me in that line, held my left hand, looked at me without blinking, and simply said, “Healed.”

Fast forward to today… years later… my left hand remains healed. I had shared this story before, those who follow me closely must’ve heard me say it. There are many reasons why I believe God heals through Pastor Chris. You cannot take that experience away from me. And he teaches the word. I do know what I know.

Many people are tired because they’re fighting battles alignment would have avoided.

The first time the word worship appears in Scripture, there is no music, no choir, no instrument.
It is Abraham.

“And Abraham said… Stay here with the donkey; the lad and I will go yonder and worship”

and the worship was a journey to Moriah, carrying Isaac.
This establishes the biblical frame for worship.

Worship, before it ever became sound, was posture.

Abraham worshipped by:
Obedience – he went where God pointed

Alignment – he agreed with God’s word even when it cost him

Surrender – he laid down what was most precious

Faith – he believed God beyond understanding

No song.
No atmosphere.
No encouragement.
Just posture.

Worship was not what Abraham sang; it was how he stood before God.

From that moment onward, Scripture teaches us that worship is first a stance, then a sound.

People stood in reverence.
They knelt in surrender.
They lifted hands in dependence.
They fell on their faces in awe.
Each posture preached before any melody followed.

This tells us something crucial:
God responds to alignment before expression.

You can sing loudly and still miss worship.

You can be silent and yet fully worshipping.

True worship is when the heart bows, the will yields, and the body agrees.
Before the song rises, let posture speak.

That is worship.

Darkness doesn’t negotiate.
It disappears when light shows up

Luke did not stumble into the story of Christ.
He began with order.

When Luke set out to give a perfect understanding of the narrative of Christ, he deliberately opened with Zachariah—the father of John the Baptist. Not Mary first. Not Bethlehem first. Not angels in the sky first.

He began with a priest in order, because redemption enters history through divine order, not religious chaos.

And certain words confront us immediately:

The order of his division

The commandments

The ordinances

Serving as priest

His lot

Nothing here is accidental. Nothing is casual. Nothing is “anyhow”.
Zachariah’s life was regimented, scheduled, governed, and devotional.
He belonged to a priestly order.
He lived by commandments and ordinances.

He showed up to serve—whether he felt spiritual or not.
And when his lot fell to burn incense, he was present.

Then Scripture says something explosive:
“An angel appeared to him… and said, ‘Your prayer is heard.’”

Here is the shock:
Zachariah was not praying out loud at that moment.
He was working.
He was serving.
He was keeping order.
He was showing up.

And heaven said, “Your prayer is heard.”
This exposes a dimension of prayer many have lost.
There is prayer that is verbal
But there is also prayer that is lived.
There is prayer spoken with the mouth,
and there is prayer spoken with discipline, obedience, punctuality, devotion, and consistency.
Zachariah did not realise that:
his regimental service was praying
his punctual obedience was praying
his showing up when it was his turn was praying
his submission to order was praying
He prayed without words.
This is why heaven responded.

We have reduced devotion to moments instead of posture.
We want answers without alignment.
Rewards without order.
Results without regimen.

But Luke teaches us something severe and sobering:
God moves history through ordered lives.

Before Christ was announced,
before John was conceived,
before prophecy broke silence,
there was a man who kept showing up.

A man who understood that:
purpose is stewarded through order
devotion is proven through consistency

spirituality is not random
service is not optional
and heaven responds to lives that are set in alignment

This is why “anyhow Christianity” has no reward.
There is no reward for:
careless devotion
inconsistent obedience
disorderly living
casual service
faith without structure

Grace does not abolish order.
Grace demands it.

The spirit-led life is not chaotic.
It is governed.
For us all...
a sense of purpose must return,
a culture of devotion must return,
a spirit-led regimen must return.
Not mechanical religion.
But ordered obedience.
Not dead ritual.
But disciplined devotion.

Because long before Zachariah heard an angel speak,
he had been speaking to heaven with his life.

My name is Chris T-W

Let me tell you about the miracle that happened this evening while at Iganmu for thanksgiving for a successful #wofbec2026.

Just before we started, I got a call that my 85 year old Mother and fallen down, was unconscious, could not get up or talk. I suspected stroke.

However I said I can't leave to Mushin when I'm already here. So while we were praying, singing and thanking God for Wofbec, I put my whole spirit and faith and also prayed for divine healing for my mother. I said that after we finish the next call I will make to enquire will be good news. Later I went to the podium and touched it and prayed that with the prayers of all the men of God that stood on that podium, my mother will not die but will be well again.

To God be the glory as I came out and made the call, the news I received was that she was up, talking and was now resting. I even spoke with her too. I knew immediately that a miracle had happened.

I just want to thank God for his manifold blessings upon the altar at Covenant Nation. God bless you for all you do

My husband who was my fiancee then snapped this photo

As at then, he had just come to Abuja for the first time to see me and ask my hand in marriage.

I was smiling but laced with the smile was so much uncertainty and worry

So much was still pending.

His travel plans

My visa

Our wedding

How would the whole thing come together?

We weren’t sure

But we knew God would sort out the details

And so I sit today, looking over at my husband with our son in my arms and I wonder why we worry

Every single thing I was worrying about 3 years ago, God has settled.

I say this to encourage you today child of God, I know that as you think about it today, you’re wondering how it would all come together,

How will it happen?

Will it even happen for you?

Rest in God

I tell you that you will look back shortly on this phase of life, and you will wonder why you were even worried
