@WSWayland Forces Shoulder stabilizers like RCuffs & Infraspinatis to do really their job. Good way to bridge gap from rehab to strength training in an injured person and improve pressing mechanics/stability in a healthy one.
@speedunleashed1 Grey-shirt is winning the rep because he has a better angle than Navy-shirt. Which is allowing for quicker ground contact. Studies indicate "vectors" give a slight edge over simple "force" when it comes to acceleration.
@ALTIS Unless they were not spending enough time in drive phase I wouldn’t cue it. And if I did, I’d imagine the sweet spot is toe low as possible without the drag. Besides, isn’t “drag” an enemy of speed?
@ALTIS I used to think the toe drag was taught too because I saw elites doing it. Then Dan explained awhile back that it was a more a cue directed to athletes who’s high heel recovery was synonymous with too little ground contact time, and then it made more sense.
Now normally I know what’s really going on here. But after just watching like 3 horror films, 2 of them “28 Days Later” franchise, in last 48 hrs AND it just happen to be Halloween?,…Bruh… Nope! F dat shit! #GTFOT#K.I.M #KeepItMovin#nightmarefuel https://t.co/VMQJp5PsnI
