Povora is proud to be nominated for a Sports Emmy Award in the George Wensel Technical Achievement category.
Our Wireless Tilt Control CapCam, developed in collaboration with @espn, is designed to bring a stable, broadcast-quality point-of-view from on-field officials into live production.
It’s a real pleasure to be recognised alongside such innovative work across the industry, including contributions from @FOXSports, @MLB, @DAZN, and others pushing the boundaries of sports broadcasting.
This nomination is a reflection of the wider Povora team and particularly our technical crew, whose hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering in live environments has made this possible. We’re also grateful to our collaborators @dbsbroadcast and @WaveCentralRF for their support.
We’ve always believed point-of-view can play a meaningful role in how fans experience the game, and it’s encouraging to see that direction gaining wider recognition.
Built for broadcasters.
Trusted by athletes and officials.
Engineered for live sport.

Great to reveal that I have a book coming out this October.
I was writing this through 2024 and wanted to share my passion for racing and horses and what a year in the life of a jockey looks like. This will give readers a level of access, honesty and insight and I hope it shows what my fellow jockeys and I go through each season.
Sacrifice: A Year in the Life of a Champion Jockey will be published in hardback, trade paperback, ebook and audio on 9th October 2025.

I felt genuinely proud listening to Ben Ryan from the @RacingMediaAca Class of 2025 speak about how watching Many Clouds win the 2015 Grand National — and seeing that moment through Leighton Aspell’s eyes — inspired him to pursue a career in racing.
We’re incredibly excited Race For The Crown has now been released on @netflix. It was an absolute pleasure for our JockeyCam team to collaborate with the brilliant creatives at @BoxToBoxFilms on this project. Bringing fans closer to the heart-pounding action of sports is what we do best, and seeing our technology play a part in telling these powerful stories is something we’re really proud of. We can’t wait for audiences around the world to experience the sport like never before.

A Decade of JockeyCam: Bringing Fans Closer to the Action
As we proudly celebrate our ten-year anniversary at the 2025 Grand National held at The Jockey Club's Aintree racecourse in Liverpool on Saturday, we reflect on the moments that propelled JockeyCam forward and established us as one of the leading live broadcast wearable camera companies in sport.
That’s a wrap for #CheltenhamFestival 2025! Huge thanks to the incredible riders and horses who bring the action to life—and to everyone who joined us on the journey. Until next time! #JockeyCam#Racing#WhereTheActionIs
You will not find, re-listening to John Hunt’s Cheltenham Gold Cup commentary, a more stirring study in courage in sport this year.
