Why do certain emotions affect your body just as much as your mind?
Stress can feel heavy in the chest, anxiety can leave us unsettled, and joy can bring lightness. Our emotions do not stay confined to the mind. They influence our thoughts, our bodies, and our overall well-being.
Here are 4 insights into the connection between the body and our emotional world.

Friends, I have great news. I have been selected for the 27th conference of the European Association for South Asian Archaeology and Art from 6-10 July, 2026. The title of my paper : “Garhwa: An Early Centre of the Rāma
Cult.”
In 2024, I discovered the oldest known Ram temple Prashasti at this site, with the evidence of Ram worship at this site going as far back as the 5th century in the Gupta era. As an independent researcher, I am seeking support to help cover the expenses associated with attending the conference, including:
• International airfare
• Accommodation in Belgium
• Conference registration fees
• Visa and travel insurance
• Local transportation and subsistence expenses
Every contribution, regardless of size, will directly support my participation in this important academic event and help ensure that Indian archaeological and cultural research is represented on a global platform. Much thanks

".. nearly 60 per cent of Chinese firms’ global market share gains since 2005 could be attributed to subsidies"
How can India counter this? One idea is to require importers of consumer goods from China to make payment in rupees to the Chinese exporter.
When dealing with countries that heavily subsidize exports, such measures may be needed.
Legacy isn’t just about personal achievements. It’s also about the positive impact we have on others.
When you think of legacy, what comes to mind first?
Success fades. The impact we create for others stays.
In this video, Pujya Gurudevshri reminds us that success, by itself, can be a hollow victory if it only serves oneself. True legacy is built when what we achieve becomes a source of service, joy, and lasting impact for others.
As you move through your journey of growth, ask not just what you are building for yourself, but also how your achievements can make a meaningful difference to others.
