@FirstBankngr I have never been this frustrated with any customer care system. Either it's a deliberate act or they are just units without a clear purpose. First Direct or First Contact. It's annoying and frustrating to have make payment and after 48hrs you still asked to be patient till 48hr

First Direct is the worst customer care support of any bank in Nigeria. How could you be using phrases like "We are sorry and We sincerely apologize" and yet you care less about the complaint tabled before you?

@FirstBankngr I used First Direct via EFT to pay my US F1 Visa, transaction failed. I could not confirm payment. I complained more than 48 hours ago and nothing has been done. It took Providus bank less than 5mins to give me all the transaction details that successful went from their end.
