Way to go @coopuk . Advertise a deal. Don’t stock enough so send half of it. Leave your customer in a position that they can’t return the one item they don’t want (driver refused). Then refuse a refund as it’s in your ‘terms’ so I’m out of pocket and you don’t care! Shocking.
@AsdaServiceTeam appalling ‘service’. Your systems go down & I couldn’t amend order. You charged extra fees. I had to fight for a refund only to be called a ‘lucky customer’ when I got it. Disgusted. Guess I have to rethink where I shop as plenty of others out there @asda 🤬
Frustrating morning trying to talk to @jajayourlife Customer Service so far is poor. My ID allows me to vote m, but not open an account 😡 Live chat not working. Talking to a human ineffective.
@konijnminnaar @OctopusEnergy@SavingSessions I pay each month, in full. Just not by DD. @OctopusEnergy don’t have to do anything. I pay through the app. So it really appears this is just way to get people to agree to DD or get penalised for not doing so 😥
@OctopusEnergy@SavingSessions Paying by DD means you increase my payments higher than they need to be. That’s what happened this year & the reason I stopped it. You already charge more as I don’t pay by DD. So, this is just a ruse so you penalise your customers. Not the service I expect @OctopusEnergy
