I would just like to point out @TeamYouTube @YouTubeInsider @YouTubeCreators that when it comes to things like this “spam/scam” designation your hitting people with… you are not giving:

1. Specificity

2. An opportunity for defending ourselves

3. The ability for creators to correct the alleged “behavior”

And yet you give people 3 strikes on copyright violations w/ a rolling timeframe

Why is it you think one thing deserves endless leniancy and the other deserves immediate termination without a second thought?

I’d love some specifity but I know I’ll probably get an <insert reason here>

@TeamYouTube Cont… I don’t see how such a thing would have me permanently terminated after the vast amount of work I’ve put in. It would seem reasonable if a violation like that occured YouTube would notify me and then I could correct the behavior. But once again I have no idea what occured.

If it was carefully reviewed then surely you can let us know the exact, precise reason for the ban. This channel doesn't promote scams, nor contains misleading content of any kind. Restore it

My @YouTube channel was terminated for a "scam". It's one of the most absurd things that has ever happened to me. After pouring my whole life into this channel. Streaming about news around the world 5 days/week for 2 years and never once promising someone something I didn't do.
