we female assistant professors of HED punjab were promoted through PSB2 held on 30th March at LHR after a very long process but Minutes of this meetings have not been issued till today even after one month and 25 days. It seems our joining to 1/2

our new posts of associate professors will not be possible before 1st june so there will be no annual increment. it's very strange situation and we are mentally stressed as half of our colleagues out of 430 female assistant professors promoted to BS 19 have joined few months 2/3

@IrumBukhari_ @GovtofPunjabPK Dear madam, you deserve gratitude from Female APs BS-18. I want to put forward an important fact. Total cases were 430, but only half of them were promted. It has created pallidity to joyance of our colleague's promotion. Please consider remaining as well and receive gramercies.

What is the status of remaining 214 cases of female Assistant professors waiting for their promotion as cases of 430 asstt profs were asked for promotion and all the requirements have been fulfilled of these 430 cases??

@IrumBukhari_ @GovtofPunjabPK @IrumBukhari_ Respected ma'am Thanks for conducting PSB2. there were 430 female assistant professors waiting for their promotion. only 200 cases were considered yesterday and got promoted after screenin. what about rest 230 or so assistant professors? un ki PSB2 kab ho gi?

I highly appreciate your efforts to improve HED. Promotion is the only incentive in HED which is often so much delayed that teachers are retired
