Hey @EmiratesNBD this number “Abdullah Ansari” called me multiple times, claiming they will block all my cards due to my smart pass not being updated. When I pushed them to email me to verify if they were real, they said “yes” then asked me to give my email address 😂 1/2
Then he said he would give me his employee number, to which I replied “how will I know that’s real?” Then he told me to “go to hell” and hung up. When I called him back, from another number, he answered normally like “hello?” Rather than what your staff usually do

Possibly one of the worst things about living in #Dubai is @duCares - Been spending 1 month trying to resolve an issue, and they keep sending holding emails, then reply with the same response, while realising that I have proven to them, their app can’t solve it!

Nasser, please by all means check to see how incompetent @duCares are. I’ll show you in the DM, and you’ll see the loop we’re in, that’s costing me 100+dhs a month!
