UX of the UX design app itself is not friendly. UI panel fonts are really small and non-customizable. UI panels are in all shades of greys. Involves too much clicking while navigating within the app. Mind it, the app is meant to design the user experience.

Real-time editing in XD is not practical and feasible. It fails to justify the significance of real-time design collboration. The hack ( Jugaad ) is to let both the collaborator not hit the cmd/ctrl+s button, else either editor's work will get lost.
