"I would like to remind Pakistan that being a member of the UN Security Council is a huge responsibility. It is not a forum for peddling biased and false narratives", Indian envoy to UN @IndiaUNNewYork@AmbHarishP after Pakistan rakes Kashmir
They killed 329 Hindus in Canada on a ✈️ & planned to kill another 300 just that the bomb didn’t go off on time
This happ 40 years back and NOT 1 prayer was held by any Sikh anywhere in the world
I wont even talk about how many hindus they have killed in India - not an iota of grief
No prizes for guessing why they are doing this - just to save face & 🗡️
No praise is good enough for this hero duo Riyazuddin and son who emptied their shop of mattresses to spread them on ground - to cushion the fall of people jumping off from the burning hotel in Malvia Nagar. What an act of humanity and quick thinking. In that chaos to think straight and save lives - this hero deserves full compensation by MCD and commendation by the govt and also a public felicitation at a prominent place in Delhi @LtGovDelhi@gupta_rekha
Only thing offensive about this photo is the Cheetah copter. Uncles/incels/wannabes should be furious over how the Army has failed to replace Cheetahs for 20 yrs!
Last month, a Maj Gen had a narrow escape in a crash.
But no, they'll fulminate over young love in a new world.
Very good read by @teanmol on why the recent Pakistani appropriation of Hindu history that they have spent decades stamping out quite literally, and figuratively from the religious indoctrination system that passes as education there cannot be taken seriously.

Veteran KJS Dhillon’s Candid Take On Army Officer’s Viral Proposal Video At A Graduation Ceremony
Lieutenant General (Retired) Kanwal Jeet Singh Dhillon strongly defended Captain Bharat Bhardwaj after the young Army Aviation pilot faced internet trolling and official scrutiny over a viral marriage proposal. The proposal took place on the tarmac next to a military helicopter directly following a graduation ceremony and passing-out parade at the Combat Army Aviation Training School (CAATS) in Nashik.
He urged critics to stop their "nuktachini" (petty criticism) over what he characterized as a "pure gesture of love and belonging".
He highlighted a stark contradiction in public expectations, stating, "You want the young officer to sacrifice his life for the love of the Nation, but you don't want him to express his love for his fiancée."
Invoking the classic internal culture of the armed forces, he added, "In the Army we say 'Youngster nahi karega, toh kaun karega' (If the youngster won't do it, who will?)".
He asserted that unless there is a flaw in the captain's professional capabilities, his personal expressions should not be targetted. Responding to concerns regarding the backdrop of military assets, Dhillon noted that military equipment is regularly displayed at "Know your Army" exhibitions nationwide, where civilians routinely take proud photographs.
While the public widely praised the romantic gesture online, the Indian Army authorities in New Delhi expressed displeasure over the breach of military protocol and decorum. Officials noted that using military equipment and an official uniform for a personal event violated strict service norms. The Army has sought a formal explanation from Captain Bhardwaj, though senior defense sources indicate the matter will likely be resolved with professional counseling rather than severe disciplinary action.

A solo female traveller from India visits 'Palestine' and is followed and harassed by creepy men asking invasive questions. This isn't shared in any way to criticise this woman who has also spent time in Israel and does not appear to be political.
Media should back off from all Indian military installations and events!
The young officer and his partner deserve congratulations, not a social media trial. Military personnel are human beings too, they serve in difficult conditions, spend long periods away from loved ones, and are entitled to moments of happiness and personal milestones.
At the same time, the growing obsession of social media and sections of the press with the private lives of serving personnel is unhealthy. The focus should remain on their service, professionalism, and sacrifice, not on turning every personal moment into a national spectacle.
Military installations, equipment, and personnel should not become props for endless media debates or content creation. A degree of distance, dignity, and respect is essential. Nations are strengthened when their armed forces are respected for their duty, not constantly scrutinized for their personal lives.
Congratulations and best wishes to the young couple. May they have a life filled with happiness, and may we as a society learn to celebrate without sensationalizing. 🇮🇳 #RespectTheUniform #RespectPrivacy #IndianArmedForces
