You know #etihad, your baggage department are the worst ever. I won’t even dare try to fly this airline again! We flew August 8th 2022 on a connecting flight to chicago from Abu Dhabi and once we reached ORD they stopped delivering baggages in the middle of everything.

We flew so far, brought a lot of stuff and these people literally don’t even give us our luggage. They said it’s been delayed and it’s been a whole damn week! There has been no update and my dad and baby brother have no clothes And etihad’s baggage department won’t even pick up
