@HospitalsApollo Over 10 days against a written acknowledgement for my deposit refund & nobody is responding over mail. On the call, the operator simply tells me that refund team is not available. @NMMCCommr plz note
@HospitalsApollo I have taken admission for covid. Its been over two hours. No medicines or iv have been started. No soap in washroom. I had to ask 5 times for water. Robe given to me doesn't fit, no replacement given. Bed doesn't recline. Why are you charging us a bomb again?
@amazonIN Such a poor customer service! It has happened twice with me now that I've paid for an item which has not been delivered but marked as delivered on the app. No response on rasing a query on the app! Shame! ๐ก

Jio customer care is appalling. Rescheduled my fiber service more than 4 times in 2 days without informing. Call center guys are clueless & passing my call from one person to another. Poor experience. Many of us have to depend on the internet to work, FYI. @JioCare@RelianceJio
