@TaylorPWinfield as a former RA, one thing that would be thoughtful is to include any outcomes/benefits that you expect would come from the work besides hourly pay (is this something that will be in acknowledgements? potential for co-authorship?)
@academic_exit Most jobs I know of in industry research have a target bonus that is usually 10-15% of your annual salary, and as long as you are not reviewed as below expectations for your role, it pays out at at least 100%. I've yet to see a bonus pay out below the target, but have seen above
