@virginmedia We get freeview on our tele. We got told that an engineer would come around within an alloted time, and they never arrived. We just got cables posted later that week. It's sad that Virgin don't look after their loyal customers, just charge them more every year.
@virginmedia We basically receive what we can get on freeview. We don't have any add ons. When moving, we were given a time slot for someone to install the rooter and Internet, and no one showed up. Should we swap, we would just need broadband and a firestick to get what we currently receive.
