@SpotifyCares I signed in via facebook whilst I was abroad and now I cannot login as it says i've used my 14 days abroad but I am not abroad. I cannot change my country settings as I cannot login. Help!

[Sam @samjhogg]

@British_Airways you can imagine the frustration on an intnl flight when you want to book your seat and don't enjoy flying.

[Sam @samjhogg]

@British_Airways then you should make sure your customer service agents are aware of this as this is not the information they provided.

[Sam @samjhogg]

@British_Airways although it seems if I had paid for my seat I would have been allowed to check in?

[Sam @samjhogg]

@British_Airways Flying back to YYC and can't book my seat as I'm a British citizen&resident of Canada which has to be auth at check in desk

[Sam @samjhogg]

I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best after my last experience with @British_Airways but there's always something that goes wrong!

[Sam @samjhogg]

@British_Airways I'm still waiting to hear back about my refund case 13584122 since April 27th. When can I expect to receive this?

[Sam @samjhogg]

@British_Airways hmm. We'll see. I have to book a transfer in YYC as my friend can no longer be picked up. Will I be reimbursed for this?

[Sam @samjhogg]

@AirCanada how do I find that? British airways didn't give me one? Just an updated ticked with ac flight details?

[Sam @samjhogg]

@AirCanada rebooked on ac flight tomorrow due to British airways delay. LHR to YYC. Can I check in online, as I only have my BA ref#?

[Sam @samjhogg]

@British_Airways massive communication fail today at manchester. Don't care about delays, I care about customer service. #gongshow #getaclue
