@LGIndia If my concern is addressed, I'll not be posting my concerns here! I got calls from Service Centre about the charge I have to pay during warranty. I think, @LGIndia is clueless and doesn't want to listen to the customers.

@LGIndia I bought the TV in July 2020. As per records, the warranty is 1 year for the product and 2 years for display. The service team is very proactive to claim physical damage and charge for the service. That's why I escalated to the CEO office and Head of Customer Service.
