@HarrietSergeant @drmcopeman Even if it can be bought in a supermarket, it must be prescribed by a doctor/non medical prescriber before a nurse can give it. I'm not making excuses. I'm a nurse, and I would do everything i could to make sure my patient had adequate pain meds prescribed.
