I have close friends who have been reinstated after refusing the mandated COVID vaccines. You stated how they were treated was wrong and allowed them back with back pay, some with additional rank. That’s why I’m writing you.
I’m being told that military members are still facing vaccine requirements, and the new mRNA flu shot is part of the schedule some commands are treating as mandatory. I implore you to stand up for our volunteer warfighters. They are willing to stand against our enemies. They should not be forced to stand against mandated medical products in the name of ideology or “greater good” science.
Throw these products out, or at minimum halt any mandate that regresses basic rights. As a service member I took every shot when I was young because I believed it was for the greater good. As an adult paramedic who has seen the damage firsthand, I’ve grown enough to write this request.
Please stand with and for our soldiers, Marines, airmen, sailors, Space Force, and Coast Guard. They already carry enough without being forced into decisions that can affect their health for the rest of their lives.

Former Pentagon policy adviser and whistleblower Matthew Brown says he has “very good reason to believe” the human mind can be interfaced with remotely. In his interview with Jesse Michels, Brown said directed energy can “definitely” produce auditory effects, that information can be artificially relayed into the mind, and that “voice to skull” is the public term for one of the more basic approaches.

He also described biotechnology, synthetic biology, directed energy and consciousness research as areas increasingly converging.

The public record already contains technology that overlaps with parts of what he is describing.

DARPA’s N3 program pursued high-performance, bidirectional brain-machine interfaces for able-bodied service members without surgically implanted electrodes. DARPA’s stated goal included technology capable of reading from and writing to neural tissue, with neural information encoded and decoded through modalities including electromagnetic, acoustic and optical energy.

Then there is the RF hearing research.

U.S. Patent US4877027A describes modulated microwave energy projected toward a person’s head to produce intelligible perceived audio independently of conventional external hearing. U.S. Air Force Patent US6587729B2 is titled “Apparatus for audibly communicating speech using the radio frequency hearing effect” and describes intelligible subjective sound produced through the RF Hearing Effect.

Brown also referenced dream manipulation research at MIT.

MIT’s Targeted Dream Incubation work uses timed sensory cues to steer dream content during sleep onset.

Researchers have also published work on “targeted dream incubation at a distance,” meaning a remote, sensor-free protocol using timed audio cues through an online interface.

The public record does not yet establish Brown’s broadest claim that complex ideas can be covertly inserted into an unwilling person’s waking mind through a remote system. It does establish bidirectional neural-interface research, deliberate manipulation of dream content, and technologies designed to produce subjective auditory perception without an ordinary speaker.

How far has classified neurotechnology progressed beyond what is publicly available?

At what point does brain-machine communication become a cognitive-liberty issue rather than simply another communications technology?

And if technology can increasingly read from, write to or influence neural activity, who decides where the boundary around the human mind begins?
