@MortyMenshevik @PremierScottMoe They wanted huge royalties from our provincial resources and major companies bypassed our province. Those investments went to provinces like Alberta.

@MortyMenshevik @PremierScottMoe How easy. Albert had good incentives for major resource companies to invest in there province. So they bypassed us to go there. And that was happening from the beginning of the oil boom.
