@zestpayment has been holding my funds hostage for a week now, and it doesn't seem like it's going to be resolved anytime soon.
@NigeriaStories@zestpayment@StanbicIBTC is mute on it, they're all aware and have acknowledged that's it's a failed transaction, and yet for an entire week, they can't process the refund and there's no clear reason as to what's holding the refund.
