@Shewbirt2 @_lindss_s So during certain times of the month, the uterus lining increases which increases the “bloat” they see. Which can make it more bloated looking than usual. Also many women don’t know the “bloat” is from their uterus and they think it’s fat. It’s a common misconception.

@Shewbirt2 @_lindss_s A huge misconception in modern day society is that if a women has a swollen appearance in their lower abdomen it means they are bloated. The lower abdomen is actually where the uterus is located and in most women it sticks out a little making it impossible to have a flat stomach.
