Brandon Aiyuk had to rehab at the 49ers' facility, but Nick Bosa is allowed to rehab in Florida and Christian McCaffrey was allowed to rehab in Germany. Double standard.
Emptying the notes from today’s #Bears Minicamp practice.
• Jordan Vandenberg is struggling with his get-off. It's a little bit slow. Then a couple times during Individual Period, he tried to anticipate it, resulting in him jumping offsides. Once he gets out of it, you can see the burst and explosion from his athleticism, but getting out on that first step, which is what they've been working on, he still has a bit of a ways to go on that.
Side note: This D Tackle, Jayden Loving, an undrafted rookie out of Wake Forest is built like a house! He’s kind of short, stout, but he is strong, looked like an immovable object. He's got some real good burst and athleticism to him as well. Gotta wait til the pads come on, but I’ve had my eye on him since the first time I saw him, just because of how he looks. He looks like he should be in the NFL. Kid might make the team, we'll see.
• Dayo Odeyingbo looks healthy, coming off his achilles injury. He's back pretty quick. I ruptured my Achilles, and it took eight months to even feel semi-normal. Obviously, he's got better trainers (and genetics) than me, and I don't know the severity of his tear or rupture. Looking at his get off, looking at his ability to bend the corner, which both of those things put a lot of stress on the achilles, he looks fully back from that. Now, let’s see if he can play football.
• Coach Harris continues to be all over Malik Muhammad. He seemed to make a mental error out here, kind of in group individual session. Coach Harris got all on him. He coaches all his guys hard, but like I said during around Rookie Minicamp, he seems very invested in Malik's development, and what he thinks he could be. Coach is on his ass for every little detail! Good players want that kind of coaching.
• A really nice catch by Zavion Thomas. He was coming on a Crosser over the middle. Tyson Bagent put it very much behind him. Zavion, running full speed, adjusted his body, and caught the ball in one motion as he went to the ground. Kid’s got better hands, lot more natural hands than I assumed he had. He's a more polished receiver than I think most people gave him credit for coming out of the Draft as a Returner.
• Caleb threw a physics-defying TD pass to Kalif Raymond. With his body completely turned to his right side, Caleb somehow got enough torque on a throw back over his left shoulder, and threw a pass to the back left corner of the EndZone as Kalif ran under for the score.

The Bears’ future stadium site with a lakefront view facing the Chicago skyline at Wolf Lake in Hammond, Indiana.
Indiana has pledged over $1 billion in funding to help complete this project.
"States compete against each other all the time... Soldier Field's in south Chicago. They're gonna move down to Hammond, Indiana. It's right across the border, it's not a big deal."
@colincowherd reacts to news that the Chicago Bears are potentially moving to Indiana
For those who want Kevin Warren fired, here’s the reality:
He just brokered the best stadium deal in modern sports history. He will be in massive demand and this will be a huge benefit to him wherever he goes next.
That’s the reality!
Leonte Carroo on his experience with Bears HC Ben Johnson:
“[He ripped Jarvis Landry] then points at himself and goes “I know I’m going to be in a gold jacket… I know that about me.”
…Then he would leave the facility at 1AM and be back at five.”
Johnson was an assistant.
