I *need* everyone over 35 to understand that a lot of young voters / first time voters DO NOT understand how important the ACA is or how transformative this law was.
I'm not on food stamps. I don't get Medicaid. I rely on no Social Safety nets. But I still believe in fully funding these programs. Why?
Because I'm not a selfish garbage person.
I grew up being told “the older you get, the more conservative you become.”
I’m finding that the older I get, the more I just want our society to be more tolerant, charitable, kind, peaceable, and ensure that everyone has what they need to survive and thrive.
