It’s not enough just to train hard. You have to train hard with a positive mindset. To get the most out of your training, you need to be positive, confident, motivated, focused, and coachable.
Last day for our outstanding trainer Tim Muse is tomorrow (Wednesday). Can’t say thank you enough. Tim is a professional in every single facet of his job. Exceptionally respected and well liked by coaches and athletes. He is on to big things in NYC.
