ग्रामीण और अन्य इलाकों की स्थिति तो अत्यंत दयनीय होगी। पूरी रात लगभग बर्बाद हो गई है लेकिन विभाग राजधानी में अगर लाइट को सुचारु रूप से नहीं दे पा रहा है तो किसी और स्थान की बात ही क्या की जाए।
