@robert_gallie @mariaalcoptia The man does not appear to be fit to take 2 dogs out in public areas. If they hurt someone, of course they had to be restrained and taken away.
At no point have I seen the dogs behave in a way that leads me to believe that trained dog handlers couldn't have achieved that safely.

@robert_gallie @mariaalcoptia The only video/proof I have found regarding any attack by the 2 dogs is of a woman in distress + screaming, picking up her dog who was also yelping + distressed. The owner of the 2 dogs shouting at the woman for screaming. 1/2
