@HelpAtGeorge I have just received awful “customer service” on the telephone from one of your advisers. She was talking over me & being very rude about my enquiry. I wish to raise a complaint & have been told that there is no customer complaint service either?
@DVLAgovuk There is an untaxed vehicle which has been abandoned on my road since Dec ‘24. It has been reported online on several occasions. How long will it take for a response from yourselves? It’s taking up valuable parking spaces.
Whatever the @DVSAgovuk claims to be doing to stop unscrupulous people booking all the driving test slots to sell on at a huge profit IS NOT WORKING! It’s even harder to book a test now 😡 SORT IT OUT DVSA #drivingtest
@nectar Hi. There is a glitch on the app. On Partner Offers, whenever I click on the Esso offer, the app freezes. I’m missing out on 5x bonus points & I’m not happy! It seems to happen on every Esso offer at the moment. Please help.

@HMRCcustomers I submitted my tax return last year & have tax to pay, yet my online account says I haven’t? I have phoned about this a few months ago & have been waiting for someone to call me back. I have paid the tax owed but it still says I’m in credit. Please advise.
@Daikinuk I phoned 2 weeks ago to book an annual service in. I’m still waiting for someone to book this with me. I have phoned & emailed twice. Your after sales service needs to improve. Who do I complain to?
@DVSAgovuk Stop blaming everyone else for your failure in organising the test booking system. You can’t blame people for booking tests in areas they don’t know if you can’t recruit enough examiners.
