@JayHulmePoet The financial support bit is a big one, even (or perhaps especially) in the Church in Wales. There’s no way I could afford to give up my (church!) job to and sod off to Cardiff for years to study theology, so there’s no way I could pursue ordained ministry…
I’m personally going to be voting for @catwager in the General Election, and I’d encourage people everywhere to consider their local candidates carefully and think about who they *really* want to represent them for the next half a decade.
Labour pretending they’re any kind of opposition to the Conservatives when both parties are clearly just different flavours of Auth Right is frankly appalling. Voters across the UK *must* remember that there are alternatives to these two parties.
