A Florida attorney is accused of threatening to KILL ICE agents.

Her name is Lisa White.

ICE says it happened Sept. 23 at a gun store in Long Beach, Mississippi, while she was trying to buy a firearm and pepper spray.

According to ICE, she asked whether certain guns could penetrate ballistic vests, and said she would target agents' HEADS if she couldn't get through their armor.

HSI Gulfport agents arrested her on the spot.
