@andynewmanlac Phobias and hate are very different. There's nothing wrong with disliking or even being afraid of a certain way of life. But hating people is something else entirely and you're right, it is a cancer.

@kenna_ainjo Oh, I see. There's some truth to that. It's definitely a complicated issue and there doesn't seem to be any fix all solution. But imo the church's approach to all this is the best I've seen. Raising children is the most rewarding and valuable use of our time. Nothing compares.

@kenna_ainjo Are you saying that many pregnancies are the result of people not understanding the connection between sex and pregnancy?

@kenna_ainjo I have. My degree was in family science. Abuse is common but nearly all pregnancies are through consensual sex. That's not to say the pregnancies were wanted but the sex that resulted in the pregnancy almost always is.

@kenna_ainjo I'm sorry you see things that way. That's not what I see in the church or in the world around me. Maybe in very isolated extremely rare instances, but definitely not the norm.

@mormons_speak There's a portion of the LGBTQ community that really do just want acceptance. There's another portion that just enjoy burning people and institutions. Thanks for showing us who you really are. Now we know to keep our distance.

@kenna_ainjo That makes sense. I don't think anyone is forcing women to have kids. It's definitely encouraged though. But no other ambition comes even close in reward and importance imo. What we do in the workforce is often very meaningless and will be forgotten rather quickly.
