@Aetna don’t act like you support mothers breastfeeding their babies if you will only cover 6 CODES and not 6 lactation visits as you state in your coverage when patients call.

@Aetna because of the way it was billed/ processed. I am asking Aetna to review my appeal and apply the benefit based on the number of visits, not the number of codes received. It is misleading to say 6 visits are covered but end up only covering 3
